Hello, I am Amandine Mas, a coach in emotions and writing

  • Having come from a traumatic early life and driven by an INNER FIRE that has never left me, I have had the opportunity to collaborate with over 100 therapists, coaches, psychologists, and neuroscientists for 10 years as a copywriter, co-author of books, and conscious writing coach.

 

  • It was then, through training in Trauma-Informed Coaching, Energy Healing, and Somatic Practices, that I intensely practiced the RELEASE of my post-traumatic stress to transform it into creativity and conscious relationships through my own method of emotional coaching.
